Through the Let's Flip platform you can join a community of like-minded, creative and curious people and explore or expand your creativity by joining the workshops offered and organized by our hosts. So, get on board and let's get creativity flowing again!
These terms and conditions (the "Terms & Conditions") govern your use of the Let's Flip platform, consisting of all websites and apps of Let's Flip and the content and services visible thereon (the "Platform") from the moment you start using the Platform and are a contract between you, the user of the Platform (hereafter, "User" or "You"), and Philine van Helbergen, also trading under the name Let's Flip, with principal place of business Bredeweg 38-3, 1098BS, Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with no. 98902806 (hereafter, "Let's Flip").
By accessing the Platform or clicking any button to indicate your consent with the Terms & Conditions or any of its amendments or updates, You accept and agree to be bound by that version of the terms and conditions.
As Let's Flip continues to develop its Platform, it may need to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Let's Flip will inform You via e-mail or its Platform of any modifications to the Terms & Conditions (a "Notification") and will make the amended Terms & Conditions available to You. Changes to the Terms & Conditions will not apply retroactively and are effective 30 days after the Notification. Should You find any such update unacceptable, You have the right to terminate your Account and use of the Platform within 30 days after the Notification. Your continued access to or use of the Platform 30 days after the Notification constitutes your consent to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may be applicable to any specific plans, offers, services, products, or features via the Platform, which will be timely communicated by Let's Flip or applicable third parties. In such case, the use of these plans, offers, services, products, features or elements are subject to these additional terms and conditions.
The Platform enables You to make reservations for the creative workshops offered, organized and operated by Let's Flip's third-party partners (the "Hosts") (all aforementioned workshops, the "Workshops" and each a "Workshop").
Let's Flip facilitates bookings of Workshops directly with the Host and payments for these bookings via the Platform. Let's Flip does not buy, resell, own, operate or control any of the Workshops or Hosts including their locations, nor organize, offer or operate any of the Workshops.
Any bookings of a Workshop constitute a separate agreement between You and the Host of the booked Workshop governing the execution of the Workshop, to which Let's Flip is not a party. The Host is solely responsible for the Workshop and your experience thereof.
Let's Flip is not responsible for the organization and operation of the Workshop, including but not limited to your experience, safety and the supervision during the Workshop, nor the content, scope and fulfilment of the Workshop, and denies any liability related thereto such as accidents, injuries and loss or damage of possessions. Any issues related to these elements should be directed to the Hosts.
The information about Hosts and Workshops including but not limited to availability, timing and facilities are obtained from the Hosts. Let's Flip cannot guarantee that all information is correct and cannot be held responsible for any errors, mistakes or omissions in this information, but does try to correct everything related to this information as soon as it is aware of any such errors, mistakes or omissions.
Let's Flip is currently active for a pilot phase ranging from 1 February 2026 to 31 August 2026 (the "Pilot Phase").
To ensure the best experience for our Users and Hosts, Let's Flip reserves the right to make available and implement new and updated versions of the Platform such as changes to the design, look-and-feel, features, payment processing or other technical features, operations etc.
You are free to terminate your agreement with Let's Flip at any time, by simply deleting your Account.
Let's Flip may deny or limit your access to the Platform or your Account at any time if deemed necessary and deactivate or delete your Account. Since Let's Flip is still operating its Pilot Phase, it may in particular limit or end your access to the Platform and your Account if it modifies, pauses or ends the Pilot Phase. In case of termination without a particular cause, You will receive a refund for all booked Workshops that have not taken place at termination.
Should Let's Flip terminate your contract for violating the Terms & Conditions including violation of all applicable laws or regulations, or any other illegal or unacceptable conduct, misuse or abuse of the Platform or during any Workshops, You will not receive a refund for any Workshops that have not taken place at termination.

After registration and confirmation of your application by Let's Flip, You have access to a personal account (the "Account") via which You can reserve a spot for any of the available Workshops against payment of the applicable fee.
Users of an account linked to their employer ("Corporate Account") will, dependent on the agreement with their employer, either (i) have to arrange compensation of any paid fees for Workshops internally and in line with their employer's instructions; or (ii) be able to book Workshops without paying fees themselves, but which costs will be deducted from the employer's budget, subject to any other restrictions communicated by the employer such as a maximum amount of bookings per employee.
